The sealing tape is a highly developed, fabric-reinforced special sealing tape for the secure bridging and sealing of connection and movement joints indoors and outdoors, in conjunction with composite seals under tiles and panels. It is equipped with a fleece-laminated surface on the sealing strip, which ensures optimal adhesion with brush-on waterproofing, sealing slurries, and tile adhesives.
Due to the fold kick and the flexible expansion zone in the center strip, embedding the sealing tape is significantly facilitated.
Properties

Application
The sealing tape is cut to the required length and placed into the still fresh, previously applied sealing compound, which acts as an adhesive base.
Ensure an overlap of the sealing tapes of at least 5cm.
Irregularities or distortions can be pressed with a smoothing trowel.
Finally, 2 to 3 coats are applied over the entire surface, completely covering the sealing tape with the sealing material.
Substrates
They must be load-bearing, flat, clean, and suitable for tiling. Prime substrates with a suitable primer . Other substrates must meet the previously described criteria.
